An overarching sponsored research reporting strategy was developed, and the execution of priority reports occurred with the RAMP Grants and Agreements module implementation. Additional reports have been made available in a phased approach. Benefits of a University-wide integrated sponsored research reporting strategy include:
- Ability for research management and leadership to evaluate and monitor research project performance to drive decisions.
- Ability to quickly see trends and outliers in sponsored funding.
- Ability to forecast future funding opportunities.
- Streamlined and efficient processes for accessing and analyzing data to evaluate and improve research administration activities.
- Facilitation of multi-disciplinary research activity with more transparent reporting.
MicroStrategy Sponsored Research Reporting Workshop Sessions
